Bluegrass at Buttery Brook Park - Saturday, July 22nd

Don't forget -- tomorrow is Bluegrass at Buttery Brook Park in South Hadley, MA. Dave Helman (the force behind the very successful Country Corner Coffee House series from October-April, and host of "Country Corner" on WTCC, Springfield) puts this one-day festival together, and he's got a terrific lineup for this year. Performers will include Connecticut's great traditional group, TrueGrass, the ever-popular Hunger Mountain Boys, a bit of western swing from the Westernaires, and Rhode Island's Mike Boulay & Down the Road. As the headliner, you'll find Massachusetts-native David Peterson & 1946. Listeners of the "BG Cafe" may have heard Dave speaking a couple of weeks ago about how excited he is to be playing in his home state, so come out and see him and his terrific band. The music starts at 10AM and runs through 7PM. Buttery Brook Park is located on Route 33 in South Hadley, MA. The weather forecast calls for only a slight chance of a thunderstorm toward evening, and temps. in the 80s. If you'd like to see the flyer, or need directions on how to find the park, click here.

This should be a terrific festival. We'll see you there!

Amy
