Sunday's show was a fun one and very full! We paid tribute to the late Buck Trent (February 17, 1938 - October 9, 2023), shared a bunch of new music, and at the midway point in our program, we enjoyed a nice telephone visit with Jeremy & Corrina Rose Logston Stephens of High Fidelity.
If you've listened to our Bluegrass Cafe in recent weeks, you know that High Fidelity has a brand-new gospel recording called "Music In My Soul." This is their third release for Rebel Records, and it is a dandy. We talked about the band, the CD, and shared that High Fidelity will be one of the featured bands at the 2024 edition of the Podunk Bluegrass Festival ~ August 8-11, 2024. The full Podunk lineup has not yet been announced, but be sure to mark your calendars and check out High Fidelity (and the whole festival) on Friday, August 9, 2024.
