Sunday's Guest DJ was listener Phil Robert, who made a pledge to WHUS during our 2009 Radiothon campaign which allowed him to have an hour's worth of time to program whatever BG tunes he liked. Phil had also served as a Guest DJ in June of 2008, so this was his second trip to the BG Cafe. As before, Phil made a fine playlist filled with everything from the "old-time mountain music" of the Stanley Brothers to the more contemporary BG of the Steeldrivers. Mighty fine!
