It was good to be back on the air for this Sunday's Bluegrass Cafe. After a fall on February 28th left me with a pretty deep knee cut, it wasn't possible to do a live radio show on March 5th. I'm working my way back to "normal" now, so I couldn't miss presenting today's live program. Hope you enjoyed it.
We also remembered the wonderful Bluegrass songwriter -- Bill Castle -- as he died at the age of 89 at the end of February. Many performers have recorded Bill Castle-penned songs over the last several years, and we shared many of them on the air on Sunday.
And there was a bit of newer music to share, as well, with tunes from Joe Mullins & the Radio Ramblers, Sister Sadie, Jeff Parker & Company, Rock Hearts, the Churchmen, and Larry Sparks.
