"Bluegrass Cafe" playlist - 2/5/2023

In addition to sharing newer music and classic favorites during Sunday's Bluegrass Cafe, we also did something we hadn't done on the radio in several years:  played music (almost) exclusively from albums (vinyl, LPs -- whatever you want to call them) for almost thirty minutes.  This doesn't seem like it should be a big deal, but broadcasting using only turntables and records is challenging!  Still, it's a good skill to practice once in a while.  And it was fun to play these records from Fred Pike, Sam Tidwell & the Twin River Boys, Bill Emerson & Cliff Waldron, the Seldom Scene, Jim & Jesse & the Virginia Boys, and the Country Gentlemen.

Our newer and/or recent music came from the likes of Blue Highway, Joe Mullins & the Radio Ramblers, Lori King & Junction 63, Rock Hearts, Greg Blake & Hometown, Tim Graves & the Farm Hands, Billy Strings, and the Crowe Brothers.
