Hi Folks.
This show fell on Veterans Day, so we saluted our veterans with some songs running the gamut of situations and emotions facing veterans.
Additionally, we remembered Don Stover on the 16th anniversary of his death.
We also brought a good bit of newer music to the airwaves including songs from Ray Edwards, The Grass Cats, The Lonesome River Band, Rhonda Vincent, Darrell Webb, Danny Paisley, Joe Mullins, Kathy Kallick, Ricky Skaggs, Feller & Hill, Robert Hale, and Nu-Blu.
The Heritage Corner was busy today with some of the Veteran-themed songs, such as those by Charlie Monroe, J.D. Crowe and Red Allen, Wilma Lee Cooper, and a relatively rare 45 single from The Kentucky Travelers.
