"Bluegrass Cafe" playlist - 10/28/2018

After a week away from the radio (and Connecticut), I returned to our Bluegrass Cafe this week with a whole lot of fine new music, as well as several ghost-themed songs appropriate for Halloween.  For good measure, we also threw in a tune or two in honor of country singer Freddie Hart (who died on October 27th at the age of 91).  Hope you were able to join us!  

The newer music for this particular week included a song from a forthcoming Seldom Scene recording on Rounder, as well as tunes from Gregg Welty, the Appalachian Road Show, Bill & The Belles, Dan Boner, and a new record featuring songs written by New Hampshire songwriter, Rick Lang.  We also shared 2018 music from the Price Sisters, the Feinberg Brothers, the John Duffey tribute record, the Kathy Kallick Band, Hot Rize, the Earls Of Leicester, and the King James Boys.
