"Bluegrass Cafe" playlist - 5/6/2018

Sunday's Bluegrass Cafe was supposed to begin at 5PM, as a UConn Baseball broadcast from Memphis was happening.  However, the game was a quick-mover, and so, our show began 30 minutes earlier than we expected, but 30 minutes past the "normal" start time of 4PM.  Does that make any sense?  In the long run, it didn't really make that much difference, as we still managed to stuff a whole lot of fine music into our 150 minutes' time allotment.  Hope you heard something you enjoyed!

We shared a bit of newer (for 2018) music today, including selections from projects by Becky Buller, Special Consensus, the Highland Travelers, Daniel Greeson, the Price Sisters, and Shannon Slaughter.  In addition, it was a great pleasure (and honor!) for us to debut music from the brand new recording from Long Island's Feinberg Brothers.  "Party For One" is the title of the sophomore recording for this terrific traditional band, and we look forward to playing more music from it in future weeks of our program.
