Hi Folks,

Two of our three hours were preempted Sunday, but we were able to bring a packed hour of music to our listeners, including our traditional bluegrass gospel set, with the able assistance of Cathy Day and Keegan.  Both Cathy and Keegan are soon-to-be regulars on Bluegrass Cafe.

Al Batten

We had a couple of remembrances including a song from Al Batten and the Bluegrass Reunion Band (an NC band) to remember Al Batten who passed away November 20th, and an early song from The Stanley Brothers to remember the great Carter Stanley who passed away 50-years ago on December 4th.
